Yesterday was my day to do the Greater Atlanta Quilt Shop Hop. I prepared by planning my route, eating a good breakfast (fruit, rice toast, mushrooms and tea), and selecting footwear (as well as clothing; I don't want you to think I went without an entire ensemble). I just noticed my dishes don't match in the photo above. Well, isn't that just
normal of me?
I've pretty much made a habit of wearing boots on my Shop Hop treks, so I decided to make it a tradition.I bought a bit of fabric, so I really need to sew (not buy more). Besides there are babies being born I need to make blankets for.
It is funny; the less I spend on clothing for work, the more I seem to spend at quilt shops.
I just loved wearing my "new" dress to work this week.
Life is good.

Oh, what's normal, think it's neat you use a newspaper for your placement, easy cleanup. Sounds like a great quilting trip, beautiful dress, says spring.

Wisteria is a real showoff, but oh! how nice to have all those mauve tendrils. I too like your summer dress and the boots are wow!
